Internal Colours - Completed
OK. This was a big one, we chose colours and some
internal fixings and WOW the choice.
Another feedback loop also, so far with the
suppliers for Fowler Homes they
have been great! The service the selection has been perfect. SO help a lot with
tough choices and really want to help you pick right to have an awesome home.
I didn't think that it would be this hard and OMG
EVERYTHING is so NICE and you can see it in your house. But we had to stick to
budget so it was tough but we didn't go to stupid ha-ha.
We managed through though, and below are some
colours and some lights that we chose also for pendants.

The choice and trying to get the style right is
such a struggle, there is so much choice I kind of wish there wasn't. A lot of
double guessing and thinking will it work or wont it? I guess we will find out
when the house is completed lol...
I think I have read the plans and inclusions like
1,000 times to make sure that everything is covered, I even noticed that there
is no mention in the tender or inclusions and Antenna but we have 3 TV points
included. Edit After electrical it was advised this will be a part of the NBN.
Guess I’ll send an email off.!! Oh well on that
note I guess it’s time to go and look over these plans maybe just one more time
a! HA-HA

DeleteThanks so much for that. I'm also building with Fowler, but I don't know how much to allot for internals and electrical. May I ask how much you spent on kitchen as well?
DeleteHey kitchen was around $3k and Electrical was around $2.5k. With electrical Fowler alrerady have some great inclucions with plug types (Iconic) which already saves alot of money. Kitchen again we didnt go overboard just finger pull and stuff like that.

- different paint colour to walls and skirtings/architraves? Yes it was a extra, but we are doing some feature walls after handover as we hadn't decided on the colours so will do later
