Framing Complete

I cant believe that we are at the frame stage and its now complete. The builders and SS have been the best and really kept us up to date and gone through the process and stuck to all times and deadlines. 

Went and looked through yesterday with the SS, a couple of small things picked up to rectify (En suite shower niche was on the opposite side) easy fix and called the framer straight away to let them know its wrong and fix. 

Also somehow when the slab was done it was out by 100 mm but they had the step down to the garage reinforced and 100 mm added and the front will be completed after brick to make sure its level and even, not a huge issue and Mic was all over it so all good. Great to be able to walk through now and see the rooms the size and get an idea of the house which is GREAT! 

Brick work is to start next week (Thursday) weather permitting so we are really hoping brick and roof can be completed before Christmas break and work stops! Fingers crossed the weather GODS are on our sides!
