External Colours - Completed

Yay! We have external colours!

We have our consultant at Fowler Homes  Lidia. She has been a HUGE help, such great service. I am pretty sure with all the questions and changes we have requested she has aged like 30 years. All questions answered in a very timely manner and nothing has been a problem for her to do and I mean NOTHING. To have someone help so much and get back on time with answers has helped this part of the progress move fast and smoothly.

The below is a preview picture of the colours and how they will look, and below is the actual colours chosen

Bricks - Austral Bricks, Wilderness Blackbutt

Roofing Tiles - Prestige, Radium

Windows - Trend, Ultra Black

Fascia, down pipes, Meter box, Parapet Capping - Colour Bond, Night Sky

Front Render – Taubman’s Wallaby

Cladding – Taubman’s Observation

Front Door - Quantum Stained Merbau

Garage Door - Slimline - Classic Cedar

Glad that this step is completed and now we move on to the internals (Flooring and colours etc.)

At this stage we are looking to have a darkish outside and when you walk into the house it will be more neutral tones and earthy but with black accents throughout (Features)

There was a lot of discussion around the theme and style, and I mean a lot lol. But we both agreed on this style as a win/win for both ha-ha.
