We Have A FENCE! Oh & A Toilet

OK, so just a LITTLE excited at the moment! 

We have a fence and portable toilet ha-ha! All details will be passed on to the site manager so we are counting down the days now till we break some dirt!

It is such a good feeling to get through all the paper work and selections and get to this stage. It feels like it has been such a long process but with COVID this has made it feel like years I can tell you.

To date I could not fault Fowler on all they have done. They have been really great and answer all questions, we changed quite a few things after we had done selections but they have been very accommodating. I really can’t stress enough the service we have had has been amazing and really has built up even MORE excitement to when we have hand over to our awesome new DREAM home!

We have also been lucky enough to be upgraded to Acrylic Render which has better hold than cement! Less chance of cracking that I can see from reviews so that was a nice surprise.

Lucky also with timing both neighbours are also at the same stage! So will be great to finish around the same time and also gives us the easy task of the fencing!
